These crunchy delights are soo easy and soo tasty . Can be made with leftover poha too. The mayo dip is a perfect combo.
Steps

Mix all ingredients except cornflour slury and bread crumbs.

Heat oil in sauce pan to shallow fry. Make oval shaped cutlets

Coat in cornflour slury

Now coat in bread crumbs all over
- 5
Continue with all cutlets. Roast well on one side then flip

Now flip all

Roast well on the other side too
- 8
Remove on a serving plate. Combine the mayonnaise with the tomatoe sauce.Serve along with mayo dip.
