In a bowl take besan.

In another small bowl take salt, sugar, turmeric powder and lemon juice.

Make slurry till sugar dissolves.

Now add this slurry to besan and make smooth batter. Keep aside and let it rest for 5 mins.

Grease thali or tin.
Boil water in steamer. - 6
Now take 1/4 cup of water and add Eno. Mix it and pour in batter.

Stir continously. Batter will change it's colour to lightish and fluffy.

Pour this batter immediately to greased thali/tin.

Keep it to steam for about 15-20 mins.

When done take out and let it cool for 5 mins.

Boil water and add sugar. When dissolve pour all over khaman.

Now cut into desired pieces.

Now in a tadka pan heat oil add mustard seeds,then green chillies. Sprinkle over it.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with spicy green chutney.
