Boil palak for 3-4 minutes or pressure cook for 1 whistle. Add salt while boiling. Once cools blend into a paste & keep aside.

Heat oil add jeera & hing. Grind the onions into paste & add. Cook till they start getting brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, mix & cook for a minute. In a blender make paste of tomatoes & add.

Mix tomatoes well with the mixture. Add salt, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala & coriander powder. Cook all till it's dry & oil starts coming on top.

Now add palak & mix all. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Lastly add paneer cubes & cook for 5 minutes.
