Make a smooth batter with suji,daliya and water and keep it aside for 4-5hours.

Now add chopped onion,tomato,salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,chutney(both) and soda and mix well.

Add kasuri methi and mix well.

Now grease the appe pan and pour the batter in each cavity.

Cover with lid and let them cook on sim.

Now turn their sides and cook from another side also.

Serve hot with green chutney or meethi chutney,whatever you like.
