  1. 3 bunchespalak
  2. 1 bowlpaneer
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1 pieceginger
  6. 2 spoonsoil
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 spoonred chilli powder
  9. 1 spoonkitchen king masala
  10. 1 spoondaniya/ jeera powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 spoonsFresh cream

    Take palak wash it nicely chopped roughly. put water one side in pot to boil,add palak and boil water for 3/4 mins after that remove and put it in cold water.

    Take a pan put oil to heat chopped tomato small piece,put it in hot oil with little salt.

    Let it cook finely, take palak in blender with green chilli and ginger grind it with fine paste.

    After tomato cook well add all dry masala and let it cook well,after add palak paste and mix well,let it cook well, add paneer and mix well cover for 5 mins let it cook well.

    Switch off the stove take in bowl apply fresh cream on top serve with chapati or paratha.
