Green beans fry

In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, when it turns brown add onion and curry leaves.

When the onion turns golden brown add green chillies and crushed garlic, cook for one minute, now add beans and salt, mex well and cover it with a lid. Keep the flame at low. Let it cook till the beans are cooked. Keep stirring in between.

Now add masalas and coconut, mix well, cover and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add coriander leaves and mix.

Beans fry is ready.
