Peel the potatoes. Wash and dice them into small cubes. Boil them with very little water and salt for 5minutes and simmer.

Heat the Sufuria, add in oil. Fry the cumin seeds for a minute, add the onions and fry them till soft. Add the garlic and fry them for 3minutes till they brown.

Add the Potatoes. And fry till they cook soft in a low heat. Use this to make samosa as a filling.
