Peel and wash the potatoes. Wash and cut the spinach

In a sauce pan boil the spinach for 3 minutes.blend and set aside

In another sauce pan bring potatoes to a boil add salt add githeri.let it boil till mashy. Drain excess water

Add spinach to the mixture and mash. Cook onion till golden and add to the mixture. It's ready to serve

Serve with salsa,meat stew,steamed cabbage or guacamole
