Ingredients

  1. 300 grammawa
  2. 2 tbsprefined flour
  3. 2 cupssugar
  4. 4cardamom crushed
  5. 400 gramghee to deep fry
  6. 2 tspcardamom seeds and gulkand mixture
  7. as neededWater to prepare sugar syrup

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the mawa by hands in a big plate

    Add flour and mix well so that it becomes smooth

    Now make sigar syrup of 1 strand by adding sugar in 1 glass water and boil

    Now take small portion of mawa mixture on palm and keep a little bit gulkand mixture in it and close and make a ball

    Make all the same way

    Deep fry till dark red in
    hot ghee at slow flame

    Remove in a plate and dip in sugar syrup

    Serve hot after one hour
