Steps

Mash the mawa by hands in a big plate

Add flour and mix well so that it becomes smooth

Now make sigar syrup of 1 strand by adding sugar in 1 glass water and boil

Now take small portion of mawa mixture on palm and keep a little bit gulkand mixture in it and close and make a ball

Make all the same way

Deep fry till dark red in
hot ghee at slow flame - 7
Remove in a plate and dip in sugar syrup
- 8
Serve hot after one hour
