Cooking Instructions

Purée watermelon, lime juice, sugar, in a blender until smooth.

Strain through a fine-mash sieve into a baking dish; discard solids.

Freeze watermelon mixture until edges begin to set, 1 hour. Using a fork

To serve with mint leaves, divide granita among bowls
