Cut the bread sides. Beat the whipped cream till thick and fluffy. Add cocoa powder to the whipped cream.

Take one slice of bread, spread chocolate syrup, then apply cream, and the jam or cherries (which ever is available).

Repeat the process. Then on the final bread, spread the cream and with a plain knife spread the cream evenly on the top of the bread and all sides. Lastly make a design and garnish with jam
