  • 1 litermilk
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1 tbssugar powder

  1. 1

    Boil the milk.

  2. 2

    Add lemon juice.stirr till curdled.off the flame.

  3. 3

    Strin the water from paneer. Squeeze it.

  4. 4

    Now mash the paneer till soft add sugar mash again.

  5. 5

    Make small lemon size balls put pista piece on the top of balls.

  6. 6

    Kacha gola is ready.
