Peel and cube the mangoes. Grind to a smooth paste along with sugar. Remove in a vessel and cook till a boil. Remove from flame and cool down.

Soak gelatin in hot water till it puffs up.

Mix the gelatin to the mango puree. Add in the milk and cream and mix everything well. Pour in a bowl and let it set in the refrigerator. Enjoy chilled.
