Ingredients

  1. 300 grmsbeef
  2. 5potatoes
  3. 2red bell peppers
  4. 2green peppers
  5. 1onion
  6. Seasoning
  7. Black pepper
  8. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  9. 2 tablespoonmayonaise & ketchup mix
  10. 1 tablespoonoil
  11. 1tspn Chilli powder
  12. 1tspn scotch bonnet and onion paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut beeef and potato in cubes. cook the potatoes for 5mins

  2. 2

    In a bowl add the beef + all the above mentioned spices and seasoning.. add the diced veggies and cooked potatoes too, cover and refrigerate for an hour
