Ingredients

  • 300 grmsbeef
  • 5potatoes
  • 2red bell peppers
  • 2green peppers
  • 1onion
  • Seasoning
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 2 tablespoonmayonaise & ketchup mix
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1tspn Chilli powder
  • 1tspn scotch bonnet and onion paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut beeef and potato in cubes. cook the potatoes for 5mins

  2. 2

    In a bowl add the beef + all the above mentioned spices and seasoning.. add the diced veggies and cooked potatoes too, cover and refrigerate for an hour
