Ingredients

  • 10-12Leeches
  • 1 cancoconut water
  • 2 tbspSugar if required (I didn’t use) 1 tbsp
  • 1/4 tspsoaked sabza
  • As required pomegranate kernels
  • As requiredMint leaves fr garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel leeches
    Take out the seeds

  2. 2

    Put them in a blender
    Churn to make juice

  3. 3

    Can add little coconut juice for easy blending

  4. 4

    Add all the coconut juice, Add sugar if required, Add sabza as it’s a coolant in summers

  5. 5

    Pour in the serving glass

  6. 6

    Garnish with pomegranate kernels and mint leaves
    Enjoy
