Ingredients

  1. 1/2 ltrMilk
  2. 500 grm Grated Lauki
  3. 3 tspMilk made
  4. 1 tbspElachi powder
  5. as neededSilvered nuts for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk

  2. 2

    Once the milk starts boiling, add the grated lauki.

  3. 3

    Cook the lauki in the milk

  4. 4

    Add the elachi powder &the milkmaid

  5. 5

    Once the milk has turned thick, turn off the gas

  6. 6

    Let it cool. Then refrigerate

  7. 7

    Serve cold garnished with nuts
