Steps

Grind the digestive biscuits to a powder. Add butter to it

Arrange the biscuit on the base of the ramekins and let it cooll

Whisk the hung curd and the Paneer together.

Add the milk made and whisk again

Add the apricot jam and whisk again

Now pour this curd mixture over the digestive biscuit base

Refrigerate for some time

Before serving garnish with some more Apricot jam and serve cold

For the Jam- Take the Apricots and wash them thoroughly and then deseed them by slitting it from the middle and pulling the seed out

Place the apricots in a pan along with sugar and lemon juice and let it cook till all mushy and nice aroma appears
