Steps

Take a bowl add curd, rawa, water, salt, sugar and ginger chilli paste. Make a smooth batter from these ingredients. Now leave it for 10 minutes. Add some eno. Pour batter in grissed cake tin. Now steam it for 15min on a steamer.

Now now demold it from tin. cut in finger shape.take a pan add 2 spoon of oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and cracker it. Put all Suji finger into pan.q now shallow fry it until golden brown and crispy

After golden brown. Serve it with sauce and enjoy the crispy taste.
