Take a long bottle gourd and empty this with the help knife.Boil it 50%with turmeric powder and salt.Heat oil into pan add boil grated potato,grated paneer and fry it.

Now add turmeric powder,salt,cumin powder,red chilli powder mix and fry it on medium flame for 3-4 mins.Heat oil into pan,fill the potato mixture into bottle gourd and shallow fry it all sides.

Now cut bottle gourd into pieces. make a gram flour batter with adding turmeric powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam Masala powder and 1 cup of water.Dip filled bottle gourd into gram flour batter.

Heat oil into pan deep fry it to both side till the colour is golden brown.take it out from oil keep this on tissue paper and it's done serve it as a evening snacks with tea.
