Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupTomato puree
  • 3-4 tablespoons groundnut oil
  • 1/3 cupCurd
  • 1/4 teaspoonMustard seeds and cumin seeds
  • 8-10kadhi leaves
  • as required All spices, garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoonGarlic chutney
  • 1/4 cupgram flour
  • pinch turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonajwain / cumin seeds
  • as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take flour in bowl add ajwayn and salt. Make semi liquid batter by adding water.

  2. 2

    In a wok heat oil. Add mustard seed, jeera and curry leaves. As it tempered add tomato puree and garlic chutney. After few minutes add curd and all spices. Cook it

  3. 3

    As it starts boiling add ganthiya batter with help of strainer slowly and gradually. Allow it to boil

  4. 4

    Add coriander leaves. Switch off flame as oil separate. Sabji is ready to serve.
