Ingredients

  1. 2boiled arrow roots
  2. 1avocado
  3. 1 cupyoghurt
  4. 1little oil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your boiled arrow roots into your desired shape

  2. 2

    In a pan, add some oil, let it heat up before adding your arrow roots

  3. 3

    Shallow fry on each side till well browned

  4. 4

    Make an avocado dip by blending your avocado and yoghurt

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy
