Steps

Boil 3 cups of water in a pan, add 1/2 spoon salt, and 1/4 spoon crushed black pepper, when it gets boiled switch off gas and add 2 cups of suji and mix well until all water mix well with it, be sure there are no lumps.

Let it cool for a while, on room temperature, add little bit oil and make a smooth dough,keep aside for 5 mint.

Add 1 spoon oil in a pan, add jeera, then add mashed potatoes, add haldi and salt according to taste, mix well, let it cool.

Make small balls from suji dough stuff with potato stuffing.Dont make the ball bigger else after steaming it will get double in size.

Now take a steamer grease with oil,now arrange all balls on the greased steamer.Take a big pan and allow the water to boil and keep the steamer on the pan.Steam for 7-8 mins on medium heat, let it cool.

Add 1 spoon oil in a pan, add rai, jeera, pinch of haldi, curry leaves, mix well, add steam balls in this mix with very gentle hands, add Red chilli flakes, on balls, just cook for 3-4 mints, it's ready serve hot balls with tomato ketchup.
