  2. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  3. 1 tspPiri Piri
  4. 1 tspsalt and pepper
  5. 1 tspmix herbs
  6. 1 tspChilli flakes
  7. as neededPapad to coat
  8. As neededCornflour to make slurry

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook fries potatoes in boiling water.

  2. 2

    Keep aside.cool

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients co at nicely

  4. 4

    Add in cornflour slurry.and coat papad bites on top

  5. 5

    Fry and serve hot....garnisdtenjoy monsoons
