1 tbspgarlic powder
1 tspPiri Piri
1 tspsalt and pepper
1 tspmix herbs
1 tspChilli flakes
as neededPapad to coat
As neededCornflour to make slurry

Cook fries potatoes in boiling water.

Keep aside.cool

Add all the ingredients co at nicely
4

Add in cornflour slurry.and coat papad bites on top
5

Fry and serve hot....garnisdtenjoy monsoons
