  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspPiri Piri
  • 1 tspsalt and pepper
  • 1 tspmix herbs
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • as neededPapad to coat
  • As neededCornflour to make slurry

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook fries potatoes in boiling water.

  2. 2

    Keep aside.cool

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients co at nicely

  4. 4

    Add in cornflour slurry.and coat papad bites on top

  5. 5

    Fry and serve hot....garnisdtenjoy monsoons
