Wash the bitter gourd and cut in the small pieces and put of 1/2 salt and haldi and keep aside for 30 minutes and hand wash the better route for 3 to 4 times completely the salt comes out and keep aside

In a pan put oil and add jeera onion and karela fry for 5 minutes and add haldi red chilli powder coriander powder amchoor powder and salt and fry for 5 minutes then add sugar and cover and cook for 2 minutes.

The karela sabji is ready serve with chapati.
