Sab se pehle rice saaf kar k 1-2 hr k liye pani me bhigo den

Tamatar kat len.pyaz kat len.

Half kate tamater, half kate pyaz, 4,5 hari mirchen, lehson jo, adrak kati hoi,Salt,sabut dhaniya aur tamam whole spices chiken me dal kr ik 1 1.5 glass pani dal kr yakhni ready karlen

Phir yakhni chan kr chkn alag se fry karlen.

Chawal k liye masala taiyyar karen.bache hoye pyaz tamater lehson adrak hari mirchen dal kr masala banayen phir usme alu bukharay, potato kate hoye,chiken aur dahi add karden. phir yakhni add kar k rice dalen aur us waqt tak pakayen jb tak rice pak na jayen.
