Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup castor sugar

Beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup castor sugar

Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder 3 times

Mix oil and boiling water add to flour mixture

Then add yolk mixture

Lastly fold in egg white mixture

Bake in 2 x round pans at 180 °c

Spread whipped cream and strawberry jam on the cake top with the 2nd cake

Spread cream on the sides and chocolate curls

Ice the top with whipped cream and make roses and put more jam and chocolate
