For marinate Chicken - Lemon,salt,turmeric,chilli powder,ginger garlic paste.mix in chicken and leave for 1 hrs in refrigerator.

Take a pan put 2 tbsp oil Fry Onion,garlic,ginger and chilli paste with khade masale bdi elaichi,tejpatta,zeera,choti elaichi and star anise.fry until brown.

Add masala - 1 tbsp garam masala,chicken masala, coriander powder,half tbsp haldi.

After fry masala add tomato puree 1 bowl and 2 tbsp thick yogurt.then fry masala until oil is separated.

Add marinate chicken

10 min saute without cover than cover and cook in 20 mins low to med flame

Chicken is ready..Serve with Rice or Roti or garlic Naan..Enjoy
