Steps

First take a mixing bowl put refined flour add little bit of salt to the bowl.

Mix well by using hand then add warm water giving few in every step of mixing the dough

Keep rest with cover to the dough

Remove cover mix the dough again make required balls from the dough take one ball, roll it like roti then spread ghee over the dough

Then cut it in from the middle of the dough to the end roll again and make paratha roll

Making of Chicken gravy-

First cut cooked chicken pieces as thin as possible and keep aside

Heat oil in the pan put chicken strips to the pan add green chilli,vinegar, kashmiri red chilli powder and black pepper powder salt mix well and give it a good stir when the the chicken become soft switch off the flame and keep aside.

Now heat another pan put paratha roll to the pan fry it and do all in the same process and keep aside

Making of curd sauce -

Take a mixing bowl put curd mayonnaise green chilli sauce add little salt mix well and keep aside

Take a big plate put paratha spread curd sauce to the paratha now add chicken in one side of the paratha roll it carefully because chicken should keep inside the paratha

Yummy chicken roll is ready. Serve with tomato sauce and mustard sauce.
