Ingredients

10 minutes
6-8 servings
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1/2 cup suji / semolina
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 1/4 cupmilk with saffron strands
  • 1cup curd( tie in muslin cloth & keep until all water is soaked)
  • as neededFew almonds,soaked & peeled

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a karahi or pan heat ghee & add suji,cook on low flame till golden brown. Switch the flame off & add hung curd, mix nicely to avoid lumps.

    Now add sugar & milk. Switch the gas on &cook on low flame cook for 6-8 minutes. Garnish with almonds & serve hot.
