Ingredients

  • 1 kglemon cut into 2 pieces
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 2 tspblack salt
  • 2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 600 gmsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add lemon pieces, then all masaLe and mix well.

  2. 2

    Take an air tight jar put all lemon or mixture in it, keep 1 week or 12 days in sunlight.

  3. 3

    Pickle will be ready.

  4. 4

    Serve with rice paratha ir roti.
