Take bread soaked with water and squeezed the water.

Then grate the paneer and add bread, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, mint leaves, amchur powder, salt and mix it properly.

Then take ball size mixture and give kebab shape and made all like this.

Then take non stick pan and put all kebabs and with the help of oil swallow fry it.

Your kebab is ready for serving with any dip or sauce.
