First arvi ko cheel kar namak k pani me 1/2 hr k liye rakh den.

Beef k piece bana kar achi tarha dho len. dehan rakhen sara blood drainout hojaye.

Ik pateelay me 1/2 cup oil le kar garm karen usme sabut zeera add karen.

Phir tomato, onion, 4-5 lehson, adrak aur 2 chilli ko grind kar len.aur wo paste oil me dal den.

Ab isko thora bhunain

Phir isme red chilli powder aur haldi add kar k bhunain.

Dhaniya powder n zeera powder b add karden

Jab masala oil chorh de to isme gosht aur 1 glass pani dal kar gosh pakayen.jab gosht gal jaye to usme arvi add kar den.

Arvi ko fry kar k salan me add karen.

Apne hisab se shorba jesa rakhna hai utna pani dal k dam pr pakayen.

Arvi gosht ready hai.chapati k sath nosh farmayen.
