Heat oil in a pan. Add ground nut, biryani masala,salt, Tamrind pulp.Cook for 2mins

Now add cooked rice and toss well in Tamrind masala. In Another bowl mix chaat masala,roasted cumin powder, black salt and chill powder, pineapple pulp and lemon juice in a bowl

Add all the cuts fruits & sprouts one by one a in the bowl and toss them well.

Than add chana jor and all in one namkeen mixture.Again toss well.Now use rapping film over the fruit bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1/2 hours.

Now mix chaat masala in hang curd

Pour approx 1inch all in one namkeen mixture on the bottom of glass and pour some lemon juice then top Tamrind rice and hang curd and fruitnumchaat mixture layered by layered until the glass not fill.

For decoration top the rice ball and banana,capsicum & orange slice.serve this chaat chilled..
