Ingredients

45 minutes
4 servings
  • 250 gmbaby corn
  • 1/2 cupDiced onion
  • 1/4 cupDiced red capcicum
  • 1/4 cupDiced yellow capcicum
  • 1/4 cupDiced green capcicum
  • 2-3Slit green chillies
  • 2 tspchopped garlic
  • 2 tspChopped ginger
  • 2 pinchBlack pepper Powder
  • 2 tspSoya sauce
  • 4 tspTomato sauce
  • 3 tspRed chilli sauce
  • 1 tspAjinomoto salt
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • Salt as per taste
  • For batter-
  • 1 cupAll purpose flour
  • 2 tspCorn flour
  • 1 cupWater
  • 2 pinchGinger powder
  • 2 pinchPepper Powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cupOil for deep frying
  • 1 tbspfor saute

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut and wash baby corn and mix it with all ingredients of batter.

    Arrange all diced and chopped vegetables.

    Heat oil and fry baby corn.

    Keep it aside and saute all vegetables with salt and vinegar.

    Add all sauces and pepper Powder.

    Now add baby corn in it.

  7. 7

    Now sprinkle some Ajinomoto salt on it and serve hot and yummy baby corn chilli.
