Steps

First take a heavy bottom pan and boil milk. When it boils then simmer for half an hour and keep stirring occasionally. Keep sticking the top layered fats with the sides of pan.

Now milk will reduce in two third. Add sago and also scrap sides of the pan. Now keep stirring. Soon sago will become transparent. It means our sago rabri is ready.

Now add sugar and cardamom powder too. Switch off the flame.

Keep aside sago rabri to cool completely.

When it cools completely then add mango puree and stir nicely.

Refrigerate mango sago rabri for atleast 4-5 hours.

Garnish with cherry and mint or any basil leaves.

Enjoy yummy and delicious mango sago rabri.

Whenever there is mango in season then do try it. It can be good option during fast too. Moreover in summers especially in humid days it tastes heavenly.
