Easy and tasty! Best butter cream if it has been taught and approved by my mum! She's really fussy when it comes to icing! (her sister is also the same) Butter has to be soft, not melted and icing must be sweet not overly sweet, just right!

Ingredients

  1. 250 gsoft butter
  2. 2 & half cups icing sugar or more
  3. 1 tblsp hot water
  4. 2tblsp milk
  5. Flavoring of choice : vanilla /cocoa etc

    Beat butter well, add icing sugar and beat very well till white.. Add hot water and milk whilst machine is on beating well.. Add flavoring and beat well..
