Wash the kundru and dry it and cut in round shape

Heat the oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds and green chilli and saute for a few seconds now add kundru in it

Now mix it very well now add salt and fry it very nicely

Now add all masala like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder put in and mix it very well nicely and fry it till you see the oil popping out

Now kundru fry in ready to serve with dal-rice and paratha
