Heat oil in a kadhai, add mixed veggies, red chilli powder, Coriander powder, pav bhaji masala and salt. Cover cook for 5mins.

In mixed veggies I've used onions, capsicum, carrot and tomato. You can even add cabbage and sweet corn.

Apply tomato sauce on one side of the bread. Spread the prepared sabji.

Spread Grated cheese generously.

Apply butter to hot tawa and keep the bread pizza over it. Cover cook for 2mins.

Cut in half and serve.
