In a bowl take broccoli now add peas, onion, mushroom and garlic.

Season it with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.

Take 2 multigrain tortilla.

In 1 tortilla apply some ketchup and spread the mixture.

Now spread some mozarella cheese.

Cover with another tortilla.

Cook on low flame with little ghee from both sides.

Cut in triangles.

Serve with your favourite dip.
