  • Cumin seeds 1tspn
  • Coriander seeds 1tspn
  • Black pepper 1/2tspn
  • Yoghurt 1/2 cup(optional)

    Cut tomatoes in oil n cook until tender..make paste

    In another pot..add 1cup oil..2tbspn ginger garlic paste..n add beef 1kg..turmeric pwdr 1tspn..red chilli flakes 1tbspn..fry well n add water..cook until meat tenders..

    In a pan..add cumin seeds..coriander seeds n black pepper..roast n grind them..

    When meat becomes tender..add salt 1tbspn..n tomato paste..1/2 cup yoghurt n above 3 grinded ingredients..roast well..
