Wash and perboil the potatoes whole with skin with salt and spices of your choice. When half way cooked, remove from heat and allow to cool

Cut slits half way into the potatoes the stuff the slits with slices of cheddar cheese, some cream cheese and finely chopped dill (you can use parsley instead of dill.)

Brush the top with some oil and wrap in a foil paper, put it into a baking dish and for 15 mins on low medium heat or until completely soft.

Serve when hot. And enjoy
