Steps

Heat oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seed,bay leaf, cinnamon stick,cloves,pepper,cardamom and stir few second

Now add chopped ginger,garlic,chopped green chilli and stir it

Now add chopped onions and saute for few minutes now add chopped tomato and cook on medium flame for a minute

Now add cashew and stir it

Now add turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander powder,roasted cumin powder and stir well

Now add chopped methi leaves and mix well and add salt, kasuri methi and cook for 3-4 mins or till methi leaves are cooked

Now add cooked rice and stir gently and cook for few minutes on low flame

Methi Tomato Rice is ready

Serve with curd or raita
