Steps

In a pressure cooker add daal, water, salt, red chilli powder, haldi and coriander powder.

Along with it add onions n tomatoes too. Cover n pressure till tender.

Once tender open it and add in milk and amchoor powder n further cook on low for 5 minutes n mix it well.

Take out in a dish n pour bhigaar on top.

For bhigaar put ghee or oil in a pan. Fry garlic till golden. Add in zeera n green chillies. Stir for few seconds n pour.

Garnish with corriander leaves n enjoy with roti/rice. Serve with achaar and salad.
