Wash the rice and soak the for 30 minutes.

Now heat a cooker put ghee then add cumin, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon sticks and cardamom saute for few seconds.

Add chopped onion and all chopped veggies one by one saute them for 2-3 minutes

Now add soaked rice and fry for 4-5 minutes then add spinach pyuri and salt mix well.

Add 2 bowl of water and close the lid and take 2 whistle.
