Steps

First peel off the ridge gourd then wash it 3-4 times and cut it into small thin pieces.

Now heat up a pan with oil add green chilli and sliced onion, fry it till colour becomes changed. Then add ridge gourd and salt and turmeric powder mix it.

Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.

After 20 minutes open the lid and and cook on high flame to remove excess water and then switch off the flame. Our delicious healthy ridge gourd fry is ready.
