Wash the bottle gaurd and grate it for the mixture about 1 cup

Squeeze the grated lauaki and remain the water a side

Mix all ingredients of kofta together in a bowl mix properly and make smooth and small size balls

In a kadai add oil when properly hot fry all koftas till brown now remove it in a paper towel

In a mixer jar add all the ingredients of paste and make smooth paste keep s side

In a kadai add oil when hot properly add spices and jeera seed now add grind paste stir continuously

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt mix all together and cook 2 minute

Now add curd and lauaki water stir it again and now add 1 cup water boil it and cover with lid for 5 minute

Add kofta and garam masala ready to serve now garnish with fresh coriander
