Boil the mutton until tender with half tsp salt.When ready,slice the onion,chop the tomato,chop the potatoes and the dania and set aside.wash and soak the rice in water.once all preparation is done go to next step.

Melt the ghee in a cooking pot(sufuria),fry the onion in it until it turns brown.Add in the whole garam masala,mix well,now add in the ginger garlic paste.mix.Add in half cup water,mix.Add in the tomatoes,mix and let it cook until tomatoes are soft,add in the potatoes, Dania and mix well.Add in the boiled meat.mix

Add in 4 mugs of water and 1and half tsp salt.mix well and cover.Open after 1 minute,when bubbles are formed in the water,add in the rice(drain out the soaked rice water first).mix well with a wooden spoon and let it cook on medium heat.

When the rice is 3/4 cooked,add in the garam masala powder,lemon juice and mix softly.green chilli can be added at any step.cover and reduce the heat to low.Let it simmer for few minutes then switch off the gas.let it rest unopened for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with kachumbari and raw mango pickle or any that you would like. For raw mango pickle,i will teach you in my other recp.
