In frame you can see Mango Overnight Oats which is one my favourite breakfasts. I am huge fan of overnight oats. You don't have to worry about cooking in the morning, it's completely healthy and filling at the same time and oh jeez, I feel so happy by starting my day on a sweet note. I prefer my oats without refined sugar as I make them sweet with seasonal fruits, but you can add honey or jaggery if you want.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupmango, chopped cubes
  2. 1/2 cupyoghurt
  3. 1/4 cupskim milk
  4. 1 tspchia seeds
  5. 1/2 cupoats
  6. as requiredMangoes, to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend chopped mangoes, yoghurt, milk to smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl, add the prepared paste, followed by chia seeds and oats. Mix everything well. Cover with lid and keep inside refrigerator for overnight.

  3. 3

    Next morning, simply garnish with more chopped mangoes and serve chilled.
