Wash brinjal and place it on low heat

Cook it properly for all sides

Peel the outer layer of brinjal when cool and crush it

In a kadai add oil when properly hot add hing, jeera seed and finely chopped onion

Add chopped tomatoes and green chilli
- 6
Cook it 5 minute add crush brinjal and stir 5 minute add amchur powder and garam masala also
